About

There’s really only one thing to know: I LOVE FOOD!

By day, I battle the corporate world. By night, I am making a mess of my kitchen.  An amateur chef with food on the brain; I am obsessed with cooking and of course, eating.  As soon as I swallow the last bite, I’m thinking about my next culinary conquest.

An American-born Frenchie (I only wish I were actually French…), I love food that is fresh and believe in the mindset of “everything in moderation”.  Healthy is about balance, not deprivation.  Yes, that means indulging in super-deluxe treats.

I decided to start a blog of my cooking endeavors as a way to share my attempts, both successful and not-so-successful.  This blog is a compilation of original recipes, food inspirations, attempts at other bloggers’ recipes, and other adventures in noshing.  I’m excited to share some cooking love with you; I hope you enjoy it!

BIENVENUE and thanks for visiting!
